People Measures moved its accounting to Linton Solutions in 2013 and we have been impressed with the service we receive from the business and the business input from Caxton Pang, the managing director of Linton Solutions. As a direct result of Caxton’s involvement with our business, People Measures has transformed from a business based on manual system into Cloud based systems. In addition, Caxton has played a big part in the transformation of our business as we moved from a very small family owned company to a consulting practice. This has included restructuring our shares arrangements, business strategy and KPI development. In 2013 we believed we were looking for a partner to keep our books, but what Linton Solutions under Caxton’s management has done for us is so much more. In fact, Caxton has become the virtual CFO for our business, managing cash flow and all finance matters. The service provided is beyond compare. Caxton and his staff keep us informed with weekly communication, they always deliver on their promises and you can always count on them to help out with unexpected issues and requests.
